ASN Service Coordinator,

Kim began her career in childcare in 2013 where she attended Banff and Buchan College. Kim achieved a qualification in Childcare and Education at Higher before completing her SVQ Level 3 qualification in 2016 through employment.
Kim has always had a passion in working with children and young people as she attended an out of school club and went on to become a volunteer for the local out of school club before she attended College.
Kim loves working with early years as she takes pride in being a part of supporting and helping future generations grow and ensuring that all children have the opportunity to thrive in a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment.
Kim has worked her way up the professional ladder from being an Early Years support worker, to an Early Years Practitioner, Senior Practitioner and then on to be a Service Manager at the NESCol Nursery where she supports a successful team.
Kim was promoted to ASN Coordinator in 2025 and now supports all of our ASN groups and support services in Aberdeenshire.
