Assistant Service Manager

Kayleigh is the Assistant Manager for our Cummings Park Service in Aberdeen. She is a fully qualified practitioner with an SVQ 3 and currently working towards her SVQ4.
As well as supporting Amy, the Manager, in the daily running of the nursery and supporting the team to ensure they are all delivering the highest standard of care, Kayleigh spends her time between the 2-3yo and 3-5yo rooms.
According to Kayleigh, “I chose a career in childcare as I come from a large family with lots of little cousins and from a young age I always wanted to work with children. The best part of my job is helping families and watching the children grow, develop and have fun.”
