Amy is a fully qualified childcare practitioner with SVQ Levels 2,3 and 4. She has over 16 years or childcare experience and her role is to manage the setting, support her team and act as a role model so that the children & families using the service get the best possible care.
According to Amy, “The most rewarding part of my job is giving children a safe learning environment where they can express themselves and develop their needs. Helping and supporting the team where needed and to be approachable and helpful to everyone when I can. I have 3 children of my own Neive 12, Dean 7 and Esme 4, being a parent myself, I feel like I can give parents more support and advice where needed.”
