Definitions

Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing – any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data.

  • Processing is lawful, fair, transparent. Our Processing activities have lawful grounds. We always consider your rights before Processing Personal Data. We will provide you information regarding Processing upon request.
  • Processing is limited to the purpose. Our Processing activities fit the purpose for which Personal Data was gathered.

  • CleanTalk: CleanTalk can use Cookies to manage access to the website by the CleanTalk SpamFireWall Function, to secure and to protect this website from spam. In doing so, CleanTalk can store and process your IP address. When you submit a contact form on this website, your personal data (such as your IP address, your e-mail, your text of the comment and data of website form fields) will be stored on this website. Also, for security reasons and to protect this website from spam, your data will be processed in the CleanTalk Cloud Service and they will be stored in log files for 7 days by default. On the expiry of the mentioned period, they will be deleted completely. CleanTalk may use information of spam activity of IP/email addresses to offer proper anti-spam protection to all websites connected to its service. How we secure your data

We do our best to keep your Personal Data safe. We use safe protocols for communication and transferring data (such as HTTPS). We use anonymising and pseudonymising where suitable. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. This website has several layers of security enabled and the site installation has been modified on setup for extra security.

Even though we try our best we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.

If you have an account with us, note that you have to keep your username and password secret.

Children

We do not intend to collect or knowingly collect information from children. We do not target children with our services.

Sensitive (“special categories”) of personal data
Provision of a childcare service, may necessitate us storing/processing sensitive “special categories” of data, this is personal data about you or your child. The GDPR defines special categories as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

We may process some personal data relating to you and/or your child when required during our legitimate activities in the provision of a childcare service. This could include, for example, information about your child’s health. We will only process this category of data in accordance with the law.

Photographs and Video

We sometimes use photographs and videos for preparing and publishing promotional material and on our websites. We only publish photographs and videos of your child with your written consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you provide your consent, we may continue to use photographs and/or videos until you withdraw your consent.
