Sharon qualified as a CIMA Accountant in 2013 and since then she has worked in numerous finance related roles in private, public and third sectors organisations including Cornerstone, a Scottish Charity supporting people with complex needs.
Sharon took a career break when her 2 boys were born but she still volunteered as a Treasurer for local communities and charities including Men’s Shed.
Having seen first-hand the challenges parents face in finding accessible childcare she was excited to apply for and accept the Finance Manager role which she started in February.
Outside work you’ll find Sharon cheering her sons from the side-lines as they play football, or walking her French Bulldog
