Hey, my name is Jasmin, and I am delighted to be starting as the ASN Manager for the North Services.
I’ve been working in early years and childcare for over 10 years, and from the very beginning I knew this was the right path for me. Over the years I’ve been lucky enough to grow into leadership roles where I could support both children and teams to thrive.
My passion for Additional Support Needs really developed as I progressed in my career. I’ve seen firsthand how the right support can transform outcomes for children and families, and this encouraged me to further my own professional development and complete my SVQ Level 4 in Social Services (Children and Young People), this year. I was particularly drawn to FCSS, because of the strong focus on inclusion and the dedicated support offered to children. I am looking forward to helping ensure that every child feels included, supported and able to be themselves.
When I’m not working, my life is wonderfully busy with my family. We love heading off on camping adventures whenever we can, and at home you’ll usually find us in the middle of a very competitive game of Mario Kart!
I’m really looking forward to working with the dedicated teams, children and families across the North, and to building strong, supportive relationships that make a difference.
