We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Practitioner to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager.

This is a full time and permanent role with a salary of £28,355.00 per year.

Your qualifications and experience:
The successful candidate must hold an SCQF level 7 and be working towards level 9 in Early Years & Childcare. They must also have at least 2 years post qualifying experience in an early learning and childcare setting or similar.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high quality early learning and childcare for children, they will be expected to support the Service Manager and the existing team.

The Setting:
Strathisla Children’s Centre is a custom built ELC setting and part of the charity Flexible Childcare Services Scotland (FCSS). FCSS is unique in that parents are able to book childcare by the hour, pay as they go and change their bookings each week. This flexible childcare model helps save families money on their childcare while supporting them back into education and employment; helping to distance the whole family from poverty.
