Hi there, my name is Niamh Anderson and I am delighted to announce that I will be the Senior Childcare Practitioner at Flexible Childcare Services Scotland Kilmarnock.
I started my post here on Monday and am really enjoying getting the nursery ready to open alongside the Service Manager, Suzanne Jones.
I have worked within private nurseries, council nurseries and family centres for the past 3 years and have been working with children for 6 years. As well as my love for childcare, I also have a passion for musical theatre, so as you can imagine, I was incredibly excited to find out that this facility was being built within Centrestage Music Theatre.
I have been attending Centrestage since I was 7 and have recently been given the opportunity to lead and assist in their pre-school and school aged musical theatre classes. This has been an incredibly rewarding experience to watch the children perform and grow in confidence. Musical theatre has helped me become a more outgoing and charismatic person and this is something I hope to bring into the nursery.
I am really looking forward to meeting you all and opening this great new facility.
