Developed for users with users

The Caerus team has been hitting the road this month, ensuring our software isn’t just developed for users, but developed with them! Our commitment to providing the best possible experience for parents and providers is driven by real-world feedback, and we’re excited to share our latest connections.

Insights from New Users

Alison has been busy meeting with prospective users to get live feedback on the set-up and registration process. This deep dive has proven invaluable, helping us identify potential pitfalls and hear firsthand what the initial experience is like. This direct input is what helps us constantly improve the service.

Welcoming New Services

We’ve been thrilled by the positive response from new organisations joining the Caerus family:

  • Aberdeenshire: We met with a brand-new ASN service launching soon.
  • Ayrshire: Alison took the trip down to meet with Aye Girvan, a new Out of School Club. They were delighted with the system’s potential! We’re already planning a follow-up visit for their open day, where Alison will be on hand to help prospective parents get connected and set up with the club.

Catching Up with Existing Partners

It’s not just about new users; we love chatting with our existing partners! While in Ayrshire, Alison also met with Clair and Michelle from Schools Out in Troon to hear about their ongoing experiences, both as providers and as parents using the system. They provided fantastic, constructive feedback in a lovely setting.

Your experiences—the pitfalls and the good points—are what drive our future development. If you would like to find out more about the software, or share your own Caerus story, Alison would love to hear from you! Alison.Findlater@caerusopportunities.co.uk
