Senior ASN Service Manager

Hello, I’m Tracey and I’m the Senior ASN Service Manager here at FCSS
I have Level 9 in Social Servies and Healthcare along with SVQ 3 in Childcare.
I started working with children 1990 at my local play group. Finding after 7 years I needed a challenge I went to work within a children and family service and spent 14 years, working alongside social work, health visitors, education. Learning infant massage and facilitating parenting groups along with creche, children’s and after school groups. I then moved to an adult’s service where people with lived experience grew into peers and started to support others within groups and the community.
I worked within HMP Grampian training the guests and staff to become peer supporters, so the more established guests took owner ship of supporting the more vulnerable. This was amazing, building trust, communication and empowering people to make changes and take responsibility. The meditation came in handy here too.
Now here I am with FCSS.
I practice Reiki and meditation, I do auricular acupuncture, and I have now embarked on a hypnotherapy course.
In my free time I spend time with my grandchildren and catch up on Discovery Plus channel and I love craft work.
