Flexible Childcare Service Manager

Hi I’m Sarah and I joined Fintry Mains Childcare and Community Hub in June 2023 as the new Service Manager.
I hold a BEd (Hons) in Primary Education and have 22 years of childcare experience, with children from Birth to 18 years. In my previous role as Manager at Wendy House Nursery Imade such improvements to the service that the Care Inspectorate changed the setting’s grades from all 2s to all 4s in four months.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my 3 children as well as my horse, Rupert. I enjoy the outdoors and is keen to take my forest school background and use this to enhance the outdoor provision offered at Fintry Mains Childcare and Community Hub.
