My name is Rebecca and I am so passionate about caring for children and young people!
I started my career in childcare and children’s services when I undertook the Social Services (Children & Young People) SCQF level 7, qualifying in 2020. I’m now also undertaking the Professional Development Award in Childcare and once completed will progress to do a degree.
Since then, I have been in varying management roles such as Room Manager, Quality and Development Manager and Deputy Manager. I plan to do my degree in children and young people while in this role. I Chose FCSS to continue my career journey with as I feel my personal values aligned with their company values and I share their enthusiasm and passion when it comes to providing children and young people with amazing opportunities and nurturing environments!
