I qualified in 2004 with an HNC in childcare and education. Since then, I have worked in various childcare services, including private, voluntary, and local authorities.
I have 3 years of management experience, including Senior Practitioner, Deputy Manager, and Manager Roles. I am a confident communicator and have worked collaboratively with many other agencies. I am very passionate about childcare and motivated to provide a service that promotes high-quality childcare for all the children in the service.
I have a sound knowledge of health and safety regulations, including safeguarding and child protection. I am a confident leader, guiding and supporting staff with the utmost respect.
I am currently studying the PDA level 8 (plus) Childhood Practice. I will begin my PDA level 9 in August 2025, which further benefits my abilities as a manager.
