Head of Finance
Hailey joined FCSS in June 2022, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Hailey qualified in 2010, passing her final Chartered Accountancy exams with distinction, one of only 9 candidates in the UK to do so.
With over 10 years experience in senior finance roles in the third sector, ranging from housing to heritage and culture, Hailey works closely with the CEO, Leadership Team and the Board to ensure the financial stability of the organisation. Hailey manages the finance team at FCSS, and has responsibility for both operational and strategic finance. As you’d expect, she loves a good spreadsheet and has a keen eye for detail!
Hailey is a mum to 2 daughters, aged 9 and 6, and has experienced the challenges of trying to find suitable childcare whilst being a working parent, therefore she is delighted to join FCSS at such an exciting time in their development. When she’s not providing a taxi service for her kids, Hailey loves to read a good book!
