Eleanor is an experienced Manager and has worked in the early year’s sector for over thirty years. She joined Flexible Childcare Services in July 2020, setting up and managing the new Keith service. Prior to joining FCSS she gained her knowledge and skills from a variety of roles working with children from ages six weeks up to twelve years. Over many years in the sector Eleanor has gained a broad range of qualifications and is currently in her third year of the BA in Childhood Practice.
Eleanor is organised and ambitious and thrilled to be involved in the growth of the company and excited about future developments. She notes “Children need adults around them that celebrate unique personalities, champion their wishes and dreams and support them to become resilient, happy and confident individuals”. As a strong advocate of play she has a broad knowledge of using loose parts and unique resources to encourage exploration and discovery.
Eleanor is dedicated to supporting families and believes that parent partnerships are vital in the delivery of a high-quality setting. The company ethos is centred around supporting families offering flexibility and accessibility and she is delighted to be working with such a forward-thinking team.
